15-Minute Consultation
The therapeutic alliance between a therapist and client is the most important and telling sign of whether or not therapy will be beneficial. In order to get a clearer understanding of your therapeutic goals and answer any questions you may have, we are happy to offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation prior to scheduling your first session.

60-Minute Intake Psychotherapy Session
This is the initial visit which is comprised of thought provoking questions to learn more about you and your background, assessment of full therapeutic needs, and collaboration on initial goals to begin working towards together.

45-Minute Individual Psychotherapy Session
Regular sessions for established clients are 45 minutes long. The course of treatment time varies depending on individual needs. Timeline of treatment can be discussed during intake and subsequent sessions. Different therapists have different rates based on their experience and expertise.

60-minute Group Psychotherapy Session
We are currently facilitating a group for adults with depression and anxiety who are experiencing social isolation and loneliness. The group is a place to find peace while building positive coping skills in a supportive setting. There are limited spots still available. Please reach out if you are interested in joining.

We are in network with Aetna and Northwell Direct insurance.
For clients who do not have either of those insurances but have out of network benefits, we will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
