About Claire

Claire believes every person has a story worth understanding - and that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and genuinely connected. Her goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel safe to explore your experiences, recognize your resilience, and move toward a life that feels meaningful to you.

She especially enjoys working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Having lived, studied, and worked across China, France, and the United States, Claire understands the challenges that can come with adapting to new environments, balancing different cultural expectations, and searching for a sense of belonging - and she especially enjoys supporting people navigating multicultural identities, immigration experiences, and cross-cultural relationships.

As a Columbia University Master of Social Work intern under close clinical supervision, she combines evidence-based training with thoughtful, individualized care. Her clinical experience includes supporting adults and families in community mental health settings.
