Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted from carrying everything on your own?

Sometimes the hardest part isn't what you're going through, it's feeling like you have to handle it all by yourself. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

After earning my Master of Social Work from Stony Brook University, I became passionate about helping adults navigate life's challenges in a supportive and meaningful way. I especially work with adults who experience stress, perfectionism, self-doubt, people pleasing tendencies, and the pressure of meeting expectations while trying to care for themselves. Many of the individuals I work with appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained internally.

I also recognize how family expectations, cultural dynamics, and personal identity can shape the way we experience stress, relationships, and self-worth. I aim to create a space where these experiences can be explored with curiosity, care, and without judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe to show up as their authentic selves without fear of judgement. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to support lasting change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and strengths-based techniques, while tailoring treatment to each individual's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop resilience, and create lasting change that aligns with the life you want to live. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, balance, and personal growth.
