Chelsea Bonosky, LMSW

My name is Chelsea Bonosky, and I am a practicing psychotherapist, earning my Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Service, with a Specialized Practice Certificate in Crisis and Resilience.

I specialize in sexual and reproductive trauma, and am passionate about supporting my clients to navigate experiences of loss, identity, and healing with compassion and care. Recognizing that everything is interconnected, I have experience navigating sensations of anxiety, depression, and grief.

Before becoming a therapist, I built a rich and diverse career as a professional dancer—a foundation that inspires my holistic, body-centered approach to emotional healing. Integrating somatic modalities with traditional talk therapy, I share the space with my clients to reconnect with their bodies as a source of grounding and resilience. I am committed to my clients as they walk through their process, offering a space to be seen and supported while they rediscover strength and self-compassion through their healing journey.
