All appointments are held via HIPAA compliant Telehealth video sessions.
Payment
Credit cards, Venmo, or Zelle are acceptable as forms of payment. Payment is due at time of service. A credit card is required on file for all clients.
If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. Use the Mentaya tool on our main home page and services page to find out how much your insurance’s out of network benefits would cover!
Cancellations and No-Shows
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. We will try our best to reschedule within the week but in the event that you are unable to attend your session or reschedule, you will be responsible for the full cost of the missed session.
