Practice Policies
All appointments are held via HIPAA compliant Telehealth video sessions.
Payment
Credit cards, Venmo, or Zelle are acceptable as forms of payment. Payment is due at time of service. A credit card is required on file for all clients.
We are in network with Aetna and Northwell Direct insurance. This means if you are insured by either, you will only be responsible for your copay.
If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. Reach out to ask us about your benefits here.
Cancellations and No-Shows
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy that includes no-shows and rescheduling requests. Your therapist will wait 15 minutes for you on the video call and if you do not attend within the 15 minute time frame, you will be charged. The fee for any sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice is $150. We are unable to charge your copay due to cancellations and no-shows not being reimbursable by insurance.
