I believe all individuals are capable of change and we all possess strength within us. I use this strength-based approach in my treatment; I specialize in treating people who are seeking recovery from substance use, those struggling with infertility, as well as individuals who are living with depression and anxiety. I use an eclectic approach to treatment, integrating CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic modalities. My focus is helping my clients create the life they've always wanted and living it to their full potential.
I studied psychology and the arts as an undergraduate at New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Study. Following that, I received my masters degree in social work from Columbia University. Since then, I have continued gaining a well rounded perspective as a clinician, studying as a post graduate at NYU’s school of social work in an advanced clinical practice program. This has given me a wide range of tools to pull from as I create tailored treatment plans for each of my unique clients.
