In my practice, I provide an integrative, trauma-informed approach, blending together somatic therapy, breathwork, parts work, mindfulness, inner child healing, and meditation. My approach also incorporates elements of nature, energy work, and nervous system regulation tools. Each session is compassionate and client-centered, often beginning with grounding practices, breathwork, or meditation.
