Brooklyn Talarico, LMSW

Hello! I’m Brooklyn Talarico, a dedicated therapist with a deep commitment to providing integrated, person-centered care. My career as a social worker has been enriched by a variety of experiences. In past roles, I provided individual and group counseling to people struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, and severe mental illnesses. I spent time as a care manager and a health home program supervisor working collaboratively as a member of interdisciplinary teams to optimize client care for those living with HIV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses.

As a woman of color, I am deeply passionate about serving members of the BIPOC community and helping to address the unique challenges that diverse communities face. I am committed to fostering a culturally competent and supportive therapeutic environment where clients from all backgrounds feel understood, respected, and valued.

I am a firm believer in the power of personalized care and am dedicated to guiding individuals through their challenges. My approach is strengths-based, utilizing motivational interviewing and the stages of change to help clients achieve their goals. I aim to foster a collaborative environment that empowers clients, focusing on systemic issues and working towards sustainable, long-term solutions that drive meaningful and equitable change.
