Brooklyn Talarico, LMSW
Psychotherapist
Brooklyn helps adults navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, and identity - with a special passion for historically underserved communities, including BIPOC clients and military-connected individuals and families, and warm, practical support for parents.
"I believe every person has the capacity for growth and healing, and that therapy should be a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered to be your authentic self."
About Brooklyn
As a social worker, Brooklyn recognizes that our experiences don't happen in isolation: relationships, families, communities, identities, and lived experiences all shape how we move through the world. Her goal is a welcoming, culturally responsive environment where clients feel respected and understood while building the tools and confidence to move toward meaningful change.
She works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, ADHD, grief, infertility and reproductive mental health concerns, burnout, life transitions, and issues of identity and self-worth - with particular care for BIPOC clients, military-connected individuals and families, and parents holding it together for everyone else.
Her approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored: CBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing for practical change; mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and attachment-based work for depth; IFS-informed techniques for the parts of you that learned to cope the hard way. Seeking therapy is a courageous step - she considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients as they discover the resilience they already possess.
